Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For any refund or replacement request related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, customers must record a clear unboxing video starting before opening the package and clearly showing the issue.
Refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items will only be processed if a valid unboxing video is provided.
Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
